How it works
HomeHow it works
Four steps, repeated weekly
Accountability works as a loop. Set direction, log actions, read the panel, correct course — then fly the next leg.
STEP 1
SET YOUR DIRECTION
Define your goals, priorities & accountability targets.
- Name up to three priorities for the current cycle.
- Attach measurable targets to each one.
- Set the weekly pace you can genuinely sustain.
STEP 2
TRACK YOUR ACTIONS
Record the activities & behaviors that matter.
- Log outcomes, not every keystroke.
- Tag each action to a priority so alignment is measured.
- Two minutes a day is enough to keep readings accurate.
STEP 3
READ YOUR INSTRUMENTS
Understand your performance through simple visual indicators.
- Scan the panel: pace, alignment, attitude, fuel, heading, trend.
- Look for instruments disagreeing with each other.
- Treat amber readings as early signals, not failures.
STEP 4
IMPROVE YOUR COURSE
Identify gaps, make adjustments & stay accountable.
- Run a ten-minute weekly review.
- Change one variable at a time so cause stays visible.
- Recommit to the next cycle with a realistic load.
